For our February Teen Outing we will be taking the kids to Hot Spot Pottery Painting for the Teens to pick out a piece to work with and take home! There will be treats for the kids and they are encouraged to exchange Valentines if they would like!

We will be throwing a joint Christmas party for our foster care community with Freedom Youth Foundation! Santa will be passing out Christmas gifts to the kids and we will be hosting crafts, face painting and more! Can’t wait to celebrate the most joyous holiday with you all!

Join us for Jump-or-Treat at Jump Boise on October 25th from 5-8. We will be next to the Love inflatables and passing out lots of great candy for all!

Loving Local Fundraiser Luau! Located at Friendship Celebration Lutheran Church Saturday September 27th 4-7! We will have authentic Hawaiian plate lunches for purchase, performances by the Idaho Pacific Islanders, Live Music, Face Painting and more! Buy your tickets today!

We will be hosting a booth at the Meridian Night Market and will be selling Ube crinkle cookies to fundraise for our organization and sharing who we are!

We will be joining the We are Boise Event at Fast Lane! We will be sharing our organization with others and selling Italian Sodas to raise money for our organization! Stop by and snag yourself a delicious drink!

First Interstate Bank has accepted our organization for Volunteer Day! We will be hosting a Field Day for our Foster kids to play games, eat snacks and do crafts! It will be a great time connecting bank volunteers to serve our foster youth!

We are partnering with Foster and Heart to help provide school supplies for foster youth. Join us at Capital Church to “shop” for any school supplies you may need for your foster kids!

Loving Local will present to Greenleaf Friends church about collaboration and spreading information on how to support local foster families within our community.

IRAP (Idaho Relatives as Parents) Picnic Potluck BBQ at Settlers Park. We will have a booth to connect with local kinship families and other resources.

Our next teen outing will take place at Empty Hand Combat located in Nampa. Teen will get the opportunity to learn self defense in a correct and safe setting. Teen outings are every 2nd Saturday of each month.

Join us for a heartwarming evening of baseball, fireworks, and family fun as we celebrate Foster Family Night—an event dedicated to honoring and uplifting foster, kinship, and adoptive families! Children and families will have a blast in the Kid Zone, featuring a bounce house, slide, and obstacle course. In addition, partners (such as Loving Local!) offering support for families will be hosting informational booths to share resources and build connections.
